The thing is I've read that if they consider your refund 'abuse' of the refund system they can revoke your privilege to refund a game, and I don't want that to happen. Just make a refund request and hope they do Well, I have a game I bought in January 2015 that only has 9 minutes played and I was wondering if it was possible to get a refund for it. I'm sure the answer is probably no, but even though Steam's refund policy states a game must have less than 2 hours played and be purchased less than 2 weeks ago to be refunded, I've been browsing Reddit and other sites and people have been saying they had something like 5 hours played on a game they bought 6 months ago and they got a refund for it.
